San Francisco’s New Wide Receiver

Obviously I haven’t posted in quite some time, but I think tonight is worth a few words. You’d think working at a computer for 8 hours a day and casually browsing the web in my Astronomy class, I would have heard the news sooner… Niners signed Randy Moss?

Looks like there’s a bit of moss growing on the other side of the bay…

Yes, I’m all for strengthening our offense and I know it would do more good than harm if we had a wide receiver, but Moss’ reputation isn’t my favorite… Since 1994 he’s played for six teams, including the Raiders… And took the pass season off due to an injury. I trust our coach and I’m sure Harbaugh saw some good potential in him, why else would he sign him for a one year contract?

Our defense was amazing and they’re the ones I give credit to for getting us as far as we got this past 2011-2012 season. We just need to tighten our offense, so why not test out a new QB? Don’t get me wrong, Alex Smith surprised me, heck, the whole team surprised me this season, but Smith blew some of the biggest plays for us. I know the only way is up, I’m just hoping that’s where he’s headed, but I’m still definitely a-okay with a new quarter back. Rumor has it Manning landed in SF for a test run… We’ll see how that goes. He’s someone we need, as much as I hate to admit. I’m not a fan of the Manning brothers, but they are excellent football players and team leaders. I trust Jim and the whole team when making some crucial decisions for next season. I want to see us in Superbowl XLVII!!

Is it football season yet?!

Guess I’m going to find me a baseball team to root for soon….

This is the perfect weather to be at home watching a movie wrapped in a blanket… So why am I here at school?

Don’t worry guys, only 1 hour and 49 minutes left until I’m off work.
